Shipping, returns, care — the basics.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed by 2 PM ET ship the same day. Everything else goes out the next business morning. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days within the US. Free shipping on orders over $200; $9 flat below.
What's your return policy?
Unopened lashes and wigs can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Once a lash has been worn, or a wig has been cut, dyed, or installed, we can't take it back for hygiene reasons.
How do I care for my wig?
Wash with sulfate-free shampoo, condition every wash, and always air-dry or diffuse on low heat. Sleep with a silk scarf or on a silk pillowcase. Comb ends to root with a wide-tooth comb.
How many times can I reuse my lashes?
Our mink lashes are reusable up to 25 times with proper care. Faux mink is good for 15–20 wears. Peel gently corner to corner, clean the band with a bit of makeup remover on a Q-tip, and store in the original case.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the US and Canada. International shipping available on request — email us.
Do you have a physical store?
We're an online boutique based in Miami. Everything ships from here — no showroom yet, but the site is open 24/7.
Can I dye or bleach a wig?
Our human-hair wigs can take color, but we recommend a professional stylist do it — home bleaching is risky. Once altered, we can't accept returns.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Usually within 2–3 weeks. Email us if you want to be notified when something you love comes back.
